Bruce County Premium Lager is handcrafted by Neustadt Springs Brewery, located in historic downtown Neustadt right on the southern boundary of the Bruce. Owners, Val and Andy Stimpson arrived here from England with one goal in mind. Make great tasting all natural beer. The ambitious couple moved here in 1995 and bought the original Crystal Springs Brewery in Neustadt. It has returned back to its main function as a brewery, and a good one too. Neustadt Springs has won several brewing awards and most recently a silver medal in the World Cup for their self-lubricating 10W30 Premium Ale.

Bruce County Premium Lager is available on tap at most Grey and Bruce establishments. Coming soon in bottles to the LCBO and The Beer Store.
One can also visit the Formosa Spring Brewery, which began operation in 1870 and is located in historic Formosa.
New to Bruce County is the Steelback Brewery at the Bruce Energy Centre just north of Tiverton. With 7 brands there is sure to be one that suits you. At this time you cannot tour the brewery but there is a store and Steelback is constantly creating new and exciting special events.
